摘  要:以2年生脂松苗木为材料,采用盆栽方法研究土壤含水量(干旱和水渍胁迫)对脂松苗木生长和光合特性的影响,旨在为脂松的扩大栽培和管理提供依据。采用6种胁迫处理,即淹水胁迫、100%、80%、60%、40%、20%田间持水量(分别简称为FL、FC、FC80、FC60、FC40、FC20)。结果表明,干旱和水涝胁迫都会对脂松的生长和光合能力产生不同程度的影响,FC20和FL处理,光合作用下降明显,净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)等光合指标显著低于其它处理(p<0.05),高生长和生物量积累也严重受限。在解除胁迫后干旱处理较水涝处理恢复能力强,解除胁迫2周时淹水处理的各项指标仍难以恢复。综合分析表明,土壤田间持水量FC60>FC80>FC>FC40>FC20>FL。水淹胁迫对脂松苗木光合生理影响较大,在引种区栽培脂松时,应当选择水分条件中等轻度干旱立地。Two-year-old red pine(Pinus resinosa) seedlings were grown in pots to study the effects of different soil water contents(including aridity and waterlogging stress) on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of red pine seedlings,in order to provide theoretical foundations for the expanded cultivation and management of red pines.Six kinds of stress treatments were adopted,that is waterlogging stress,100%,80%,60%,40% and 20% of field capacity(respectively called FL,FC,FC80,FC60,FC40 and FC20 for short).Results showed that the growth and photosynthetic capabilities of red pine seedlings were both affected by aridity and waterlogging stress to different extents.In the treatments of FC20 and FL,the photosynthesis of red pine seedlings decreased remarkably,and moreover,photosynthetic indexes such as net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and stomatal conductance(Gs) were significantly lower than those in other treatments(p0.05),and the height growth and biomass accumulation were also severely restrained.After stress relief,the recovery capability of the aridity treatment was higher than that of the waterlogging treatment.In its second week after stress relief,all indexes of the waterlogging treatment were still hard to recover.The comprehensive analysis indicated that the field capacity for FC60 was the highest,followed by FC80,FC,FC40,FC20 and FL in order.The waterlogging stress had a significant effect on the photosynthetic physiology of red pine seedlings.The sites under moderately or mildly arid conditions should be selected when cultivating red pines in introduction regions.
