摘 要:以落叶松木屑快速热解炭为原料,采用水蒸气活化法制备了活性炭,其最佳活化工艺为:温度800℃,时间20 min。该条件下活化得率为51%,活性炭亚甲基蓝吸附值为232 mg/g,碘吸附值为968 mg/g,脱色性能优异。微观结构分析表明,快速热解炭主要由微孔组成,外表面包裹沉积吸附层,活化过程中活化剂能够有效去除沉积吸附层,并形成大量中孔,活性炭颗粒更均匀细小。Fast pyrolysis char of larch sawdust was used to prepare activated carbon by steam activation.The optimal activation parameters were obtained as temperature 800 degrees C and activation time 20 min.The activation yield of activated carbon was 51 percent,the adsorption value of methylene blue was 232 mg/g,and iodine adsorption value was 968 mg/g under this condition,which showed an excellent performance in decolorization.Microstructure analysis showed that the fast pyrolysis char was mainly formed by the micropores and its outer surface was surrounded by sedimentary adsorption layers.In the activation process,activator could effectively remove the sedimentary adsorption layers and a large number of mesopores were formed.Moreover,the activated carbon particles were more uniform and tinier compared with the fast pyrolysis char.
