摘　　要：目的:调查本地区患者泌尿生殖道支原体感染及耐药情况,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:回顾性分析2008年10月～2010年10月我院1123份疑为NGN患者的泌尿生殖道标本支原体培养及药敏情况。结果:1123例送检标本中支原体阳性481例,解脲支原体(Uu)阳性372例,人型支原体(Mh)阳性26例,Uu合并Mh感染阳性83例。氟喹诺酮类、大环内酯类药物耐药率较高,而四环素类(强力霉素和美满霉素)敏感性较高。结论:我市NGN患者的泌尿生殖道标本支原体检出率较高,耐药现象严重。goal： Investigates this local patient uropeiesis genital tract mycoplasma infection and bears the medicine situation, provides the reference for the clinical care. The fluorine kni ketones, the large ring lactone class medicine bear the medicine rate to be high, but the tetracyclin class （force mildew element and content mildew element） the sensitivity is high. conclusion： My city NGN patient＇s uropoiesis genital tract specimen mycoplasma detection rate is high, bears the medicine phenomenon to be serious.
