摘  要:目的:研究正常儿童思睡期高度问步化脑电波型(HHP)的特征和变化特点。方法:描记177例正常儿童自然睡眠脑电图,对思睡期出现的高度同步化脑电波型进行分析,研究不同年龄组HHP的变化和特点。结果:177例中,109例出现HHP,出现率为61.6%,其中≤3岁出现率最高。HHP的频率范围以4~5Hz常见,占43.1%,少数婴幼儿的HHP可出现2~3Hz8波频率。波幅以100~200μV者常见,占61.5%,〉200gV者仅占9.2%。持续时间≤3s者占65.1%,最长可达10s。优势部位在前头部导联的占48.6%.≤3岁者变化较大。双侧对称同步的占70.6%,将近三分之一被试者的HHP双侧不对称。结论:HHP是正常儿童思睡期特征性脑电波型,应熟悉其特征和各种正常变异波形,避免误判为痫样放电。Objective: To investigate the wave features of hypnagogic hypersynchronous patterns (HHP)of EEG in normal children. Methods: The EEG of 177 normal children was recorded, the wave features of HHP in drowsiness state and the characteristics of different age groups was analyzed. Results: HHPs were found in 109 cases, and the rate of total occurrence was 61.6%. The age group of chidren of 3 or below 3 years old was of the most frenquent occurrence than other age groups. The frequency range of HHP was 4-5 Hz in 43.1% cases, which could be 2-3 Hz 3 waves in only the minority of infants. The most common amplitudes were 100--200 μV in 61.5%, only 9.2% greater than 200 μV. There were 65.1% cases of the duration shorter than 3 seconds, and the longest duration was 10 seconds. The cases with dominant position located on the anterior part of head took up 48.6%, and there was a greater disparity in the age group of 3 or below 3 years old. 70.6% cases were bilateral symmetric, compared with about one third of cases of asymmetry. Conclusions: HHP is a significant feature of normal children in the of drowsiness state, which should be mastered to avoid the pitfalls of interpretation as epileptic discharges.
