德尔菲法在注意力缺陷多动障碍肝肾阴虚证证候标准两轮问卷分析中的应用

摘　　要：目的应用德尔菲(Delphi)法对注意力缺陷多动障碍肝肾阴虚证证候指标进行筛选,以进一步制定注意力缺陷多动障碍中医诊疗指南。方法以文献研究为基础,确立注意力缺陷多动障碍肝肾阴虚证证候备选指标,建立问卷,采用Delphi法对40名专家进行两轮问卷调查,并对问卷结果进行分析。结果两轮问卷专家积极系数(回收率)分别为90%、100%;第1轮问卷中51个备选指标经调查后删除26个,余25个,并分别合并3个为1个、2个为1个,余22个;第2轮问卷中注意力不集中等13项指标的均数>1.5,不重要百分比<0.5,变异系数<0.4。结论 Delphi法筛选注意力缺陷多动障碍肝肾阴虚证证候评定量表指标具有实用价值,注意力不集中等13项指标可以作为注意力缺陷多动障碍肝肾阴虚证证候主证。Objective Selecting symptoms and signs indexes of the syndrome of liver and kidney Yin deficiency in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD） by Delphi method to set down the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment guideline of ADHD. Methods All the indexes of liver and kidney Yin deficiency pattern of ADHD were designed as questionnaires components based on the literature research. Then, the questionnaires were distributed to 40 experts for 2 times and analyzed by Delphi method. Results The experts＇ active index was 90% and 100% respectively. In the first turn of questionnaires, the result showed that 26 of 51 standards were deleted, the three were combined into one and the two were combined into one, finally 22 were remained. In the second turn of questionnaires, 13 indexes including impaired concentration met the following qualifications： the mean number was more than 1.5, the ratio of unimportant score was lower than 0.5 and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.4. Conclusions Delphi method possesses the practical value in selecting indexes of symptoms and signs of liver and kidney Yin deficiency in ADHD, and 13 indexes including impaired concentration can be regarded as main manifestations of liver and kidney Yin deficiency in ADHD.
