摘　　要：目的研究李光荣教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的治疗规律。方法将李教授诊治的PCOS患者共54例638诊次的病历采用结构化病历模板录入数据库,用名老中医临床诊疗信息采集系统软件对数据进行统计分析。结果李教授应用频次高的治法有补肾、活血、调肝、健脾等;应用频次高的基本方有自拟补肾汤、泽兰汤、逍遥散、六味地黄丸、苍附导痰汤等;应用频次高的药物有当归、白芍、淫羊藿、益母草、柴胡等19味药;应用药物种类最多的是补肾药,其次为调肝药、活血药、健脾药。结论李教授治疗PCOS注重顾护阴血和补肾、调肝、健脾,治疗以补肾活血为基础,强调情志因素的致病作用。Objective To research the treatment regularity of professor Li Guang-rong treating polycystic ovay syndrome （PCOS）. Method Medical records of 54 PCOS patients treated by Professor Li for 638 consultations were input into database by structuralized medical history template. Systematically analyze the data with the System Software of OLD TCM Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Information Collection. Results The treatment principle involving supplement kidney, invigorate blood, adjust liver, fortify spleen is comparatively frequently used; formulations including Decoction of self-prepared strengthening kidney, Decoction of Herba Lycopi, Ease Powder, Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill, Decoction of Atractylodes and Cyperus Expelling Phlegm are comparatively frequently used; 19 herbal medicines are comparatively frequently used. The most frequently used medicine sort is supplement kidney medicine, followed by medicine of adjust liver, invigorate blood and fortify spleen. Conclusion Professor Li pays more attention to protecting yin-blood, supplementing kidney, adjusting liver and fortifing spleen in treating PCOS. The treatment is based on supplementing kidney and invigorating blood. The emotion factor should be emphasized.
