摘  要:目的观察茴香枳术汤对实验性大鼠粘连性肠梗阻营养状况及病理的影响,为深入探讨茴香枳术汤对粘连性肠梗阻的作用机制提供实验依据。方法制备大鼠粘连性肠梗阻模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、大承气汤组及茴香枳术汤低、中、高剂量组。给予相应药物治疗,每日观察大鼠营养状况的变化,分别于治疗后第3、5、7日,共3个时间点,每时间点6只,处死大鼠,取粘连肠组织,观察病理变化。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠营养状况差,体重明显降低(P<0.001);与模型组比较,大承气汤组、茴香枳术汤低、中、高剂量组营养状况逐渐好转,体重恢复,病理观察可见小肠黏膜损伤逐渐恢复,粘连逐渐松解。结论茴香枳术汤对粘连性肠梗阻具有良好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the effects of Huixiangzhizhu Soup (HX-S) on nutritional status and pathology in rats with adhesive intestinal obstruction, and provide experimental evidence for the mechanism of HX-S on adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods The Wistar rat model of adhesive intestinal obstruction was made, and rats were randomly divided into the normal group, model group, Dachengqi Soup (DS) group, HX-S low dosage (HX-SL} group, HX-S middle dosage (HX-SM) group and HX-S high dosage (HX-SH) group. Each group was given corresponding medicine. The rats were observed the nutritional status everyday, and killed after three, five, seven days to observe the change of pathology in intestine tissue with 6 rats in each subgroup. Results Compared with those in normal group, the nutritional status of the model group were bad, and the weight were decreased obviously (P〈0.001). Compared with those in model group, the nutritional status were better and the weight recovered in DS group, HX-SL group, HX-SM group and HX-SH group, and small intestine membrane of injury was restored, adhesion was released according to the pathological observation. Conclusion HX-S has good effect in rats with adhesive intestinal obstruction.
