摘 要:目的建立抗感泡腾片生产过程中绿原酸类化合物的在线含量测定方法。方法以抗感泡腾片生产工艺为基础,在线收集样品,采用分光光度法,以绿原酸为对照品,测定样品中绿原酸类化合物的含量,同时应用傅立叶变换近红外光谱仪透射光谱技术对样品进行检测分析,采用偏最小二乘回归法建立抗感泡腾片提取液中绿原酸类化合物含量的近红外数学校正集模型。结果近红外光谱中选择光谱区间为9 925.78~8 817.63/cm和8 593.25~7 449.53/cm。所建立的模型相关系数r达到0.969 48,校正均方差为0.088 6。结论本方法检测抗感泡腾片提取液中绿原酸类化合物含量简捷、准确、快速,可用于抗感泡腾片生产过程中的在线质量控制。Objective To establish a on-line method for the determination of chlorogenic acids in the preparation of Anti-flu effervescent. Method Based on the production process of Anti-flu effervescent, online coUection of samples, chlorogenic acids content in the sample was determined by UV spectrophotometry, with chlorogenic acid as the reference substance. While detected and analyzed samples was determined by Fourier transform near infrared spectrometer transmittance spectra, by means of partial least squares regression, calibration mathematical model for chlorogenic acids in aqueous solution of Anti-flu effervescent extract was established. Result The best spectral interval in NIR spectrum correlating with chlorogenic acids content was 9 925.78-8 817.63/cm and 8 593.25-7 449.53/cm. The model was established, the correlation coefficient reached 0.969 48, corrected mean square deviation was 0.088 6. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and rapid for determining chlorogenic acids and can be used for Anti-flu effervescent production process on-line quality control.
