摘  要:提出了一种基于光参量放大和相位调制加色散压窄产生高消光比短脉冲源的新方法。连续抽运光首先经过LiNb03强度调制器,利用强度调制的倍频调制特性产生占空比为33%的光脉冲,再经相位调制器在脉冲的主体部分引入最大线性正啁啾,经参量放大后所生成的闲频光的啁啾为抽运光的2倍,通过合适的色散介质得到了11.4 ps的短脉冲,相比无相位调制时压窄了近7 ps。A novel scheme is reported about optical short pulse with high extinction ratio,which is based on fiber-optical parametric amplifier and phase modulation added with dispersion compression.The continuous pump wave first passed through a LiNbO3 intensity modulator to generate optical pulses with 33% duty cycle based on the frequency-doubled modulation.Then through a phase modulator,the biggest liner positive chirps were imposed on the pulses.After optical parametric amplification,the chirps of the new generated idler were two times of those of the pump.Through suitable dispersion media,11.4 ps optical short pulses were obtained,which are nearly 7 ps narrower compared with those without phase modulation.
