摘  要:针对发动机叶尖间隙测量的复杂应用环境,设计了基于多光束叶尖定时原理的叶尖间隙测量方案,通过提取叶片到达按一定夹角排布的不同光束时间差计算间隙值。模型分析表明,其测量精度主要取决于定时精度,受转子转速、反射光强弱变化、光源不稳和漂移等环境因素影响小。采用超小型光纤准直器,在0.5-3.5mm工作距离内将光束直径缩小至100μm以下,使系统具备了小于15μm高精度测量能力。三棱锥布局的测头改进设计提供了在线参数校正功能,且便于现场安装和检测。A blade tip clearance detecting technique based on multi-beam tip timing has been developed in the complicated application environments by extracting the difference of arrival time among different beams.The beams were placed within a single measuring head by a certain included angle.Model analysis shows that the measuring accuracy is mainly dependent on timing precision but independent of rotor speed,intensity changes of reflected light,light source instability or drift of several parameters.An ultra-small optical fiber collimator was applied to achieve small beam diameter which is below 100 μm within 0.5-3.5 mm working range,and thus the system is with high-precision measurement capacity of less than 15 μm.The triangular pyramid layout type measuring head can process online parameter correction and make it easy to install and test.
