摘  要:针对彩色相移技术中传统的灰度三步相移由于系统的颜色响应和物体表面的彩色纹理导致彩色通道间的串扰和不平衡,本文提出了一种新的颜色标定方法,通过标定系统的颜色响应和近似获取物体表面的彩色纹理来减小三维面形测量中因为物体表面的彩色纹理导致的测量误差。实验结果表明,本文提出的方法能够有效地减小误差,获得更好的测量结果。Nowadays color phase-shifting technique has been widely used in three-dimensional shape measurement.However,experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of this technique is influenced a lot by the object′s color texture and this technique is suitable for the measurement of objects with neutral color,largely due to the coupling and imbalance of color channels.A new color calibration method is proposed in this article.Through color calibration for the measurement system and approximately obtaining of the object′s color information,the measurement error due to the color texture of the tested object decreases.The measurement result proves its feasibility.
