摘　　要：提出了一种基于颜色索引相关统计的彩色图像特征提取(CILCS)方法。图像的像素颜色值被稀疏表示成类似直方图的索引形式,将相关计算应用到特征提取中,计算图像颜色分布规律在局部和整体的相关性,并结合数值统计最终得到具有一定旋转、尺度和平移不变特性的特征向量,能更有效地表示颜色纹理特征。经图像检索和图像分类的实验表明,本文方法能有效提高图像检索和图像分类的精确度。In this paper,a new color feature extraction method using color index local correlations and statistics（CILCS） is proposed.Pixels′ color was quantized and represented sparsely in a manner similar to the color indexing of color histograms.The local and overall correlations of color index distribution in a certain image area were calculated,and the correlations can reflect more color texture details than previous methods,and have shown some rotation-invariance,scale-invariance and shift-invariance.The experimental results of image retrieval and image classification demonstrate its effectiveness compared with previous methods.
