摘  要:从玉米粗缩病的发生分布、病症特征、病原、寄主范围、传播方式和特点、流行规律、品种抗病性等方面回顾玉米粗缩病研究的历史和现状,分析探讨存在的问题和对策。引起玉米粗缩病的病原有Maize rough dwarfvirus(MRDV)、Rice black streaked dwarfvirus(RBSDV)和Mal de Río Cuarto virus(MRCV),在我国流行的是RBSDV,主要依靠Laodelphax striatellus传播。间作套种尤其是麦/玉米种植模式与玉米粗缩病暴发流行密切相关,主要是为病毒和传毒介体提供了栖息繁衍环境和循环寄主。目前玉米粗缩病抗性种质资源缺乏,应用的防治技术还不能满足生产上的需求。协调高效的种植模式(间套种)与防病需求之间的关系,研发简便、实用、高效的防病治病措施,抗玉米粗缩病种质资源的创新是生产上需要解决的问题。The research of history and the present of status about maize rough dwarf disease were reviewed from the distribution,symptoms,pathogen,host range,the way for transmission,maize varieties resistance to maize rough dwarf disease.RBSDV(Rice black streaked dwarf virus),MRDV(Maize rough dwarf virus)and MRCV(Mal de Río Cuarto virus) are the virus causing maize rough dwarf disease in the world.RBSDV is the pathogen of maize rough dwarf disease in China.Small brown planthopper(Laodelphax striatellus) is the vector of RBSDV.Crop Interplanting,especially,the wheat intercropping with maize cropping pattern is closely related to the maize rough dwarf disease,which provide suitable habitat and continous host for Laodelphax striatellus and RBSDV.The resistance germplasms are also lack,except for the application and prevention of technology are not meet the demands for managing maize rough dwarf disease till now.To coordinate the relation between the high-effect planting model(interplanting) and prevention of the disease,study simple,practical and high-effect control measure,including innovation of maize germplams resistant to the disease,those are problems that call for solution in production.
