高性能硅酮结构胶在超高层建筑幕墙中的应用

摘　　要：广州珠江新城西塔超高层幕墙工程采用拉伸粘结强度标准值大于0.6 N/m2的高性能硅酮结构胶。依据粘弹性基本原理,对隐框玻璃幕墙结构胶进行应变-时间和应变-应力分析,论述高性能结构胶的可行性、可靠性和耐久性。工程已竣工两年,目前工程情况良好,实践表明,高性能硅酮结构胶在高层建筑隐框玻璃幕墙工程的应用是可行的。High-performance silicone structural adhesive whose standard value of stretching adhesive strength is greater than 0.6 N/m2 is used in the super high-rise curtain wall engineering of the west tower of Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town.Based on the basic principle of viscoelasticity,strain-time and strain-stress relations are analyzed for structural adhesive of frame-concealed glass curtain wall,feasibility,reliability and durability of high-performance structural adhesive are discussed.This engineering has been completed for two years and it has favorable conditions at present.The fact indicates that the application of high-performance silicone structural adhesive is feasible in frame-concealed glass wall engineering of high-rise building.
