点支式幕墙玻璃破碎主要原因分析及控制技术

摘　　要：点支式幕墙玻璃面板支承点应力复杂,影响因素多,容易造成玻璃板块破碎,是薄弱环节。结合银川宁东煤化工基地综合办公楼幕墙工程,通过分析认为玻璃支承点玻璃破坏根本原因是由玻璃表面裂纹和作用应力引起,并给出相应的构造控制措施,通过工程验证了合理性,取得好的效果。The contacting spots of the glass panel are the weakest point because of the complicated stress with various impacting factors.This paper analyzes the reasons of the crush of the base of the glass because of the crush of the surface of the glass and the acting force basing one the Yinchuan Ningdong coalification base office project.This paper also gives the methods for controlling the structure and these methods pass the test rationally.
