摘　　要：[目的]总结颈腔镜甲状腺切除术病人的围术期护理。[方法]对28例单侧甲状腺结节病人行颈腔镜甲状腺切除术,同时加强术前心理护理、术前准备、体位指导,术后病情观察、并发症的预防以及相关的饮食活动指导等。[结果]本组病人均顺利手术,术后均未发生严重并发症,术后组织病理检查回报均为结节性甲状腺肿。[结论]加强颈腔镜甲状腺切除术病人的围术期护理是手术成功的保证。Objective：To summarize perioperative nursing care of the patients undergoing thyroidectomy with neck telescope.Methods：28 patients with unilateral thyroid nodules accepted thyroidectomy with neck telescope.At the same time,we strengthened preoperative psychological care,preoperative preparation,position guide,postoperative observation condition,the prevention of complications and the related diet activities guide.Results：All patients had successful operations.There were no seriously postoperative complications.And all postoperative histopathology results were nodular goiter.Conclusion：To strengthen perioperative nursing care of the patients undergoing thyroidectomy with neck telescope is the guarantee of successful operations.
