功能独立性评定在脑卒中病人日常生活活动能力评估中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨功能独立性评定对脑卒中病人日常生活活动能力评价的有效性和可行性。[方法]采用功能独立性评定量表(FIM)对200例住院脑卒中病人日常生活活动能力进行评定,并与改良Barthel指数(MBI)评定进行相关分析。[结果]病人FIM总评分与MBI总评分具有显著的相关性(r=0.9 3 5,P<0.01);病人FIM运动功能评分与MBI总评分具有显著的相关性(r=0.9 4 7,P<0.01);FIM与MBI日常生活活动能力评定具有显著的相关性(r=0.809,P<0.01)。[结论]FIM量表更能全面反映脑卒中病人的日常生活活动能力情况。Objective：To probe into the effectiveness and feasibility of functional independence evaluation for stroke patients＇ daily living and activities.Methods：A total of 200 stroke inpatients＇daily living and activities were assessed by FIM,and the correlation analysis was carried out with MBI evaluation.Results：There was significant correlation between the total score of patients＇ FIM and MBI（r=0.935,P0.01）.There was significant correlation between FIM motor function score of patients and the total MBI score（r=0.947,P0.01）,and there was also significant correlation between activities of daily living of FIM and MBI（r=0.809,P0.01）.Conclusion：FIM scale can more comprehensively reflect stroke patients＇daily living and activities.
