摘　　要：本文研究了面向天津市图书馆联盟各成员馆馆员的天津市图书馆联盟用户管理系统的用户信息采集模块,并叙述了各成员馆馆员采集用户信息的流程、途径和方法,使各馆员能准确了解用户具体的信息需要,并提供有针对性的信息服务,提高用户满意度。This paper studies the user information acquisition module objectoriented the librarians,and describes the flow,ways and means of collecting users information,in order to make each of librarians may accurately understand the users＇ specific information needs,provide specific information service,and improve users＇ satisfaction.
