摘　　要：目前,由于现代信息技术的迅猛发展,电子资源日益增多,致使高校图书馆的纸质文献资源利用率偏低。本文在借鉴其它行业成功经验的基础上,提出借阅积分制的设想,试图在努力培养用户借阅兴趣方面提出一个可行的、易操作的、可持续发展的借阅管理新模式,以积分奖惩代替惩罚,减少馆员与用户之间的矛盾,进而使图书馆借阅环境更加和谐。At present,due to the rapid development of modern information technology and the increasing number of electronic books,the utilization and lending rate of paper-based books＇ are low.Based on the successful experiences from other industries,a lending point system is proposed by the author.After the detailed design,the author makes an effort to put forward a feasible,convenient,and sustainable management model in order to raise the users＇ interest to borrow the books from the library.The new management model advocates the lending points as a reward instead of punishment only,which can effectively reduce the contradictions between the librarians and users and build a harmonious and attractive library.
