大学生参与高校管理的思考——从大学规章制定的视角

摘　　要：大学生参与学校管理是推进高校管理制度化、科学化和民主化的重要组成部分,也是现代大学制度的特征之一。学生参与大学规章制定,是学生参与高校管理的核心形式。文章介绍了西方国家和我国学生参与高校管理的历史和现状,并以大学规章制定为例,分析了学生参与学校管理的理论基础和实践,提出要确立大学生的主体地位,制定保障学生参与学校管理的相关制度,并引导学生有组织地参与学校管理。College students＇ participation in the school man agement is the reform of higher education management and development trend in re cent years in the world,as well as the features of the modern university system.Students＇ participation in the formulation of university regulations is an im portant form of college management.This paper introduced the history and curren t situation of students＇ participation in the western countries and China in th e university management,analyzed the theoretical basis and practice of students ＇ participation in the school management,with the case study of the formulatio n of university regulations and put forward the ＂Student-centered＂ concept.It was proposed that relevant systems should be established to ensure students＇pa rticipation in the school management and guide students to participate in the sc hool management in an organized way.
