基于企业需求的独立学院学生职业规划指导体系研究

摘　　要：独立学院毕业生的就业状况直接影响到独立学院的可持续发展。随着就业市场竞争的日益激烈,独立学院学生在就业问题上所遇到的挑战和压力都较之普通高校毕业生更大。本文基于独立学院职业规划指导体系存在的问题,从完备职业规划指导课程体系、创新职业规划指导校企合作模式等方面,提出独立学院基于企业需求的职业规划指导体系的构建设想。The employment status of independent college graduates directly affects the sustainable development of independent colleges.With increasingly fierce competition in the job market,independent college students face much bigger employment challenges and pressures than graduates of regular institutions of higher education.This paper,based on the analysis of the problems of occupation planning instruction system in independent colleges,gives some suggestions to perfect it from the perspectives of a comprehensive occupation planning course system,an innovative college-enterprise cooperation model based on enterprise demands,etc.
