摘　　要：在获得183份问卷的基础上,运用因子分析法识别出制约我国实施绿色政府采购的影响因素,包括绿色政府采购的法律法规、采购者的思想意识、财政经济和技术等,通过描述性统计分析、关联分析法发现:政府法律法规对绿色政府采购的影响最大,而政府采购者的意识和思想是绿色采购的关键,并以此探讨绿色政府采购工作的政策建议。Based on 183 questionnaires, with the method of factor analysis, this paper identifies the factors that affect green government procurement （GGP） implementation in China,including governmental regulations,procurement agents＇ awareness and thought, financial economy and technology. After further description, correlation and regression analysis are completed.We hold that the factor of governmental regulations has the highest score while procurement agents＇ awareness and thought play the key role in restricting GGP implementation,and then put forward measures and path for GGP.
