摘  要:运用CFD技术对某两级再生气离心压缩机的外特性和内部流动情况进行了数值研究,重点分析了静止部件内气动参数的分布情况,其混合工质的物性按实际气体计算。数值模拟采用时间推进法,应用Spalart-Allmaras湍流模型进行封闭求解。结果表明:整机结构设计合理,在较大的工况范围内外特性参数变化平稳且效率较高,在设计点上的参数符合设计要求;级间静止部件中沿主流方向不同截面上的气动参数分布有很大的区别,由此产生次级叶轮进口处的参数畸变易造成整机气动性能的下降,气动设计时应考虑。Numerical investigation of the performance and the inside flow structure of a two-stage centrifugal compressor was carried out by CFD technique.Detailed analyses were focused on the static components,and the physical properties of operating media,the mixed gases,were calculated by real gas.With time-marching scheme,flow equations were solved with Spalart-Allmaras turbulence enclosure.Results indicated that:the design of the whole components of the compressor is reasonable,the performance parameter distribution in a wide range is smooth and the parameters on the design point satisfy the user's requirement;the aerodynamic parameter distributions are quite different in the sections along the throughflow direction,which leads to the pronounceable distorted flow structure in the inlet section of the second stage impeller and that will degrade the performance the whole compressor,it should be taken into account during the design period.
