摘  要:对465Q汽油机进行废气涡轮增压改造,研究了进气压力对增压发动机性能及排放的影响。增压后,发动机动力性能明显提升,增压压比越大,发动机的比功率越高;热效率提高,燃油消耗率下降,经济性改善;在低进气压力时,随进气压力增大,CO,HC排放减少,NOx排放增多;高进气压力时,随进气压力增大,CO,HC排放增多,NOx排放减少;CO,HC,NOx排放随转速的提高呈先增多后减少的规律;进气压力越大,发动机的放热率、压升率越高。The paper describes a reform of the exhaust turbine supercharged with 465Q gasoline engine,then research the supercharged engine performance and discharge changes with the different intake pressure.The engine power performance improves obviously after supercharge.The higher intake compression ratio is,the higher specific power is.After the thermal efficiency is improved,the effective fuel consumption rate is down,the fuel economy is improved.In low intake pressure,with intake pressure increasing,Carbon monoxide and Hydrocarbon emissions reduce,Nitrogen oxygen exhaust emissions increase.In high intake pressure,with intake pressure increasing,Carbon monoxide and Hydrocarbon emissions increase,Nitrogen oxygen exhaust emissions reduce.With speed increasing,Carbon monoxide,Hydrocarbon and Nitrogen oxygen exhaust emissions reduce after the increase in the first.The higher the intake pressure is,the higher the engine's heat release rate and pressure rise ratio is.
