摘 要:建立了氨浸法炼锌的ZnⅡ-NH3-NH4Cl-H2O浸取体系溶液中铅的测定方法。研究发现示波极谱法测铅时在底液中加入氯化铵能增加方法灵敏度,检测下限可由微量级降低至痕量级。经优化实验,确定了底液的最佳组分为0.6 mol/L盐酸,2 mol/L氯化铵,8×10-5g/L明胶,7.9×10^-7mol/L抗坏血酸。方法检出限为1.0×10^-5g/L,线性范围为3.48×10^-5-0.64 g/L。对样品平行测定6次,RSD为3.3%,测定结果与ICP-AES的结果相吻合。该方法可应用于氨浸法炼锌的ZnⅡ-NH3-NH4Cl-H2O体系浸出液和净化液中低含量、微量、痕量不同含量范围铅的测定。A method for the determination of lead in the solution from ZnⅡ-NH3-NH4Cl-H2O leaching system which is used for smelting Zn by ammonia leaching.It is found that it can increase method sensitivity when ammonium chloride is added in substrate solutiom in oscillopolarographic determination of lead.Detection limit can be reduced from micro-level to trace level.It is confirmed experimentally that the optimal composition of the substrate solution is 0.6 mol/L hydrochloric acid,2 mol/L ammonium chloride,8×10^-5 g/L glutin and 7.9×10^-7 mol/L ascorbic acid.The detection limit is 1.0×10^-5 g/L.The linear range is 3.48×10^-5-0.64 g/L.The relative standard deviation for six parallel determinations is 3.3 %.The determination results are consistent with those by ICP-AES.The method can be applied to detect low,micro and trace lead in the leaching and purifying solution from ZnⅡ-NH-NH4Cl-H2O system which is used for smelting Zn by ammonia leaching.
