摘  要:实验研究了钒溶液在D815树脂上的吸附行为,并从热力学和动力学两个方面对吸附过程进行了分析。结果表明:在温度为30℃,pH为2.20,五氧化二钒初始浓度为15.0 g/L条件下,树脂的饱和吸附容量达到最大值520 mg/g;在钒溶液流速为0.1 mL.min-1.g-1条件下,吸附经过2 h左右达到穿透点,50 h左右达到饱和点。吸附过程遵循Langmuir等温吸附模型,测得吸附热力学参数ΔH=23.15 kJ/mol,ΔS=110.37 kJ.mol-1.K-1,ΔG=-9.74 kJ/mol,表明D815树脂对钒的吸附为一自发、吸热、熵增加的过程。动力学研究表明吸附交换速率主要受颗粒扩散控制,反应级数为拟二级,反应活化能为19.46 kJ/mol。The adsorption behavior of vanadium on D815 resin was studied experimentally,and the adsorption process was analyzed from aspects of thermodynamics and kinetics.The results show that when vanadium pentoxide concentration is 15 g/L and pH value is 2.2 at 30 ℃,the saturation adsorption capacity of resin reaches the highest,520 mg/g.The adsorption can get the breakthrough point after about 2 h and get the saturation point after about 50 h when the flow rate of vanadium solution is 0.02 mL?min-1g-1.The adsorption behavior of D815 resin for vanadium follows the Freundlish equation.The adsorption parameters of thermodynamic are ΔH = 23.15 kJ/mol,ΔS =110.37J?mol-1? K-1,ΔG =-9.74 kJ/mol,so the adsorption is spontaneous,endothermic and entropy increasing.Dynamics calculation indicates that the exchange adsorption rate is mainly controlled by ion diffusion through particle,and order reaction is 2,the activation energy is 19.46 kJ/mol.
