摘　　要：介绍了河北省农产品地理标志保护的制度支持和批准现状,提出了河北省农产品地理标志保护工作存在的若干问题,并主张通过科学设置地方相关管理部门、加强农产品地理标志宣传和完善地方性制度等方式推动河北省农产品地理标志保护工作,旨为进一步服务"三农"和推动地方经济发展。The system support,status and problems of geographical indication protection of agricultural products in Hebei Province were summarized.In order to promote the geographical indication protection of agricultural products and local economic development,the countermesures setting the local relevant departments scientifically,strengthening propaganda,and improving the construction of local law systems.
