摘 要:对采自湖北、海南、广东、广西和湖南等20个省(区)的20个土壤样品,分别用Olsen法和Bray-I法进行浸提,再分别采用流动注射分析法和传统的钼锑抗比色法分析其中的有效磷含量。结果表明:Bray-I法提取的土壤样品,采用流动注射法检测有效磷含量的准确度和精密度明显高于钼锑抗比色法,同时还极大地提高了分析速度。而Olsen法提取的土壤样品,如果不能完全清除气泡,则会影响分析结果,进而影响分析速度。因此,流动注射分析法只适合采用Bray-I法浸提后的中性或酸性土壤有效磷含量的测定。A total of 20 soil samples collected from different regions were extracted by Olsen method and Bray-I method.Then the available phosphorus content was detected by flow injection analysis method and Mo-Sb antispetrophotography method,respectively.The results showed that for the samples extracted by Bray-I,the precision and accuracy of available phosphorus content detected by flow injection analysis method was significantly better than that of Mo-Sb antispetrophotography method,and the analysis speed was improved greatly.However,for the samples extracted by Olsen,the analysis speed was influenced by the bubble.Therefore,the flow injection analysis method was only suitable for the detection of available phosphorus content in neutral or acid soil samples extracted by Bray-I method.
