HPLC法测定野生药用植物朱砂七有效成分含量及其与块茎大小的关系

摘  要:应用HPLC色谱法,测定了野生药用植物朱砂七主要成分大黄素在不同直径大小块茎中的含量变化。结果表明:大黄素含量随着块茎直径的增大而增加,其中14.0 cm与8.0 cm块茎的大黄素含量相差不大。药用植物朱砂七的民间传统用药部位采收标准一般是在11月、块茎直径大小为7~9 cm时采收。本研究结果与我国朱砂七的民间传统用药部位采收时期和标准一致。The main component emodin in different tuber sizes of wild medicinal plant Polygonum ciliinerve was determined by HPLC.The results showed that the content of emodin increased with the increasing of tuber size,which in 14.0 cm was similar to that in 8.0 cm.The harvesting standard of folk traditional drug application parts of P.ciliinerve in China was usually in October when the tuber was 7-9 cm.This result was in accord with the harvesting time and standard about the traditional medical part of P.ciliinerve in China.
