摘  要:将丙烯酸插层到碱性钙基膨润土层间,制备出丙烯酸膨润土,再聚合制备出聚丙烯酸钠/阴离子型膨润土高吸水性复合材料.采用X射线衍射(XRD)﹑扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征复合材料的结构,结果表明,丙烯酸插层到碱性钙基膨润土层间聚合形成插层或剥离型纳米材料.用差热分析(DSC)表征复合材料的热稳定性,结果表明,与聚丙烯酸材料相比,该材料的热稳定性提高了15.2℃.最后考察了复合材料的吸附及保水性能:在最佳工艺条件下(温度为75℃,引发剂用量为单体质量的1.8%,交联剂用量为单体质量的0.55%,丙烯酸膨润土用量为单体质量的5%,中和度为68.5%),去离子水和0.9%盐水的吸附倍率分别达到956 g/g及80 g/g,同时材料具有较优的保水性能.To achieve superabsorbent composite,acrylic was intercalated into alkaline Ca-bentonite to prepare acrylic bentonite;then polysodium acrylate/bentonite with anion-exchange function composite was synthesized.The structure of the composite was characterized by XRD and SEM.The results indicate that intercalated and/or exfoliated structures were formed between the acrylic and alkaline Ca-bentonite.The thermal stability of the composite was characterized by TGA.The results indicate that the thermal stability of the nanocomposites rose 15.2℃ compared to that of polyacrylic.The adsorption and water retention of the composites was tested at last.In the optimal condition(75℃,dosage of the initiator was 1.8% of monomer mass,dosage of the crosslinker was 0.55%,dosage of acrylic bentonite was 5%,and the neutralization degree was 68.5%),the absorbency of the materials was 956 g/g in deionized water and 80 g/g in 0.9wt% NaCl;the water retention property of the composites was excellent.
