足底穴位按摩对高危糖尿病足神经电生理干预作用

摘　　要：目的观察足部穴位按摩与基础治疗护理相结合的方法对高危糖尿病足(糖尿病足Wagner分级0级)患者神经电生理的干预作用。方法将符合诊断标准的糖尿病足患者40例,以信封法分为试验组、对照组,每组各20例。对照组在控制饮食及适当运动的基础上应用口服降糖药或注射胰岛素治疗控制血糖,并给予足部护理知识教育。试验组在以上治疗的基础上,增加足部穴位按摩治疗。采用组间对照、自身前后对照的研究方法,观察患者神经电生理的干预作用。结果治疗组对患者感觉神经正中、腓肠神经传导速度、潜伏期、波幅及运动神经正中、腓总神经传导速度、潜伏期、波幅等均有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论足部穴位按摩与基础治疗、护理相结合的方法对高危糖尿病足周围神经病变有明显的改善作用。OBJECTIVE To observe nerve electrophysiology effect of foot acupoints massage combined routine treatment on patients with Wagner grade 0 diabetic foot.METHODS 40 patients who met the criterion were randomized divided into two groups.20 patients in experimental group were given routine treatment plus foot acupoints massage.20 patients in control group on only received routine treatment such as diet control,proper exercise,patient education and drug therapy.Afterwards,nerve electrophysiological change of median nerve and sural nerve of all cases were observed.RESULTS In terms of nerve conduction velocity,delitescence and wave amplitude,improvement of patients in experimental group were much better than those of control group after treatment（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Routine treatment in combination with foot acupoints massage could signifiantly improve Wagner grade 0 foot neuropathy of diabetic patients.
