痔宁洗剂对痔术后创面影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察痔宁洗剂对痔术后创面疼痛、水肿等症状的疗效以及对创面愈合天数的影响。方法对160例痔术后患者分组治疗,实验组给予痔宁洗剂坐浴治疗,对照组给予1∶5 000高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,将2组患者疼痛持续天数、肛门水肿发生例数和创面愈合天数作比较观察。结果 2组患者疼痛持续天数、肛门水肿发生例数和创面愈合天数比较均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论痔宁洗剂对痔术后创面具有减轻疼痛、降低肛门水肿发生、加快创面愈合的作用。OBJECTIVE To observe Zhining lotion＇s efficacy in treating pain and edema on wound surface and influence on the number of healing days after haemorrhoid surgery.METHODS 160 patients were randomly divided into experimental group with base treatment of Zhining lotion,and control group with base treatment of potassium permanganate（1∶5 000）.Duration of pain days and healing days as well as edema times of two groups were recorded and compared.RESULTS There was significant difference in data collected from the two groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Zhining lotion can relieve pain,reduce the occurrence of edema and fasten the healing on wound surface after haemorrhoid surgery.
