摘 要:目的研究火棘(Pyracantha fortuneana)的主要营养成分及其抗疲劳效果。方法把饲喂不同比例的火棘饲料后的昆明小鼠,在抗疲劳实验中,以血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血乳酸(BLA)、肌糖原(MG)、肝糖原(LG)等4个生理参数为指标观察火棘的抗疲劳效应。结果恩施州火棘均含有丰富的糖类、蛋白质、脂类,特别是8种必需氨基酸和多种不饱和脂肪酸,多种维生素等;饲喂4周火棘剂的小鼠,其LDH、LG含量均显著高于对照组;其抗疲劳时间亦显著增长,且抗疲劳实验30min和60min后的血乳酸(BLA)水平均低于对照组。结论恩施州火棘营养成分高,有较好的抗疲劳作用。Objective to analyze major nutrients of Pyracantha fortuneana in Enshi and compare the anti-fatigue effect and mechanism of Pyracantha fortuneana in different proportions.Methods we fed Kunming mice with Pyracantha fortuneana in different proportions and then observed the anti-fatigue effect of Pyracantha fortuneana by the 4 physiological parameters,the serum lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) activity,blood lactate(BLA),muscle glycogen(MG) and liver glycogen(LG) as standards in the anti-fatigue experiment.Results Pyracantha fortuneana in Enshi was rich in nutrients such as sugar,protein and lipid,in particular,8 essential amino acids for human body and a variety of unsaturated fatty acids,vitamins,etc.The LDH and LG contents of mice by fed with Pyracantha fortuneana for 4 weeks were significantly higher than the control group and the anti-fatigue time also significantly increased.The BLA content was lower than the control group on average within 30 mins and 60 mins after the fatigue experiment.Conclusion Pyracantha fortuneana in Enshi was rich in nutrients and had a good effect on resisting fatigue.
