摘 要:目的观察冷水七对脑缺血再灌注损伤(I/R)大鼠的保护作用。方法 Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,对照组、假手术组、冷水七低、高剂量组,大鼠急性全脑缺血模型用双侧颈总动脉结扎法制备,大鼠灌胃给药15d后,测定脑组织中的含水量,脑匀浆后测定脑组织中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性。结果冷水七可降低缺血损伤后脑组织含水量和MDA的含量,升高SOD的活性,降低LDH的活性。结论冷水七对I/R损伤大鼠脑组织具有抗氧化作用。Objective To observe the protective effect of Lengshuiqi on ischemia and reperfusion-induced brain injury(I/R)in rats.Methods Cerebral ischemia reperfusion model(bilateral carotid arteries were clamped) of rats were used.80 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups to observe the activity of brain tissue lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and content change of malondialdehyde(MDA),water content in ischemia areas was measured.Lengshuiqi group was treated with Lengshuiqi at dose 15 ml/kg、30 ml/kg i.g for 15 days.Contrast group and pseudo operational group were set up too.Results Rats treated above had obviously lower brain tissue LDH activity and higher SOD activity and lower MDA content,significantly decreased the content of the brain water.Conclusion Lengshuiqi has an apparent protection on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.
