摘　　要：３ ．３ ｍ ＵＧＩ造气炉吹风气的放空是中氮肥企业煤耗高的原因之一， 总结２ ．３ ｍ ＵＧＩ造气吹风气回收的经验和不足， 确定３．３ ｍ ＵＧＩ造气炉吹风气回收的方案； 提出了提高蒸汽品位， 使蒸汽分级利用， 驱动汽轮机发电的综合能量利用思路， 并对项目进行了经济评估。Purge of blow off gas is one of main causes of high consumption of coal in middle nitrogenous plant. A schema to recover the blow off gas fro Φ 3.3m UGI gasifier, which is based on the experience of Φ 2.4 m UGI gasifier, is put forward including following items:raising steam grade, using steam to drive turbine and in individual grade, etc. Economical evaluationis also given.
