关于农村公共产品供给机制问题研究的文献综述

摘　　要：改善农村公共产品供给,提高农村公共产品供给效率,是解决我国"三农"问题进程中的一个不可回避的重大问题。目前,我国农村公共产品供给的低效率,已经严重影响到了我国新农村建设的步伐,制约了全面建设小康社会和构建和谐社会的进程。因此,国内学者对我国农村公共产品供给问题,从不同角度给予了多方面的研究,取得了丰硕的成果。对农村公共产品从供给机制的决策、融资和责任等几个方面进行了分析归纳,指出了有待进一步研究的问题,并明确提出今后关于农村公共产品供给问题的研究,应集中在构建农村公共产品供给绩效评价指标体系、建立分级式农村公共产品需求偏好显示机制和建立新型农村公共产品供给机制三个方面,为更进一步解决农村公共产品供给问题提供强有力的参考依据。To improve the supply of rural public goods is an inevitable question during the solving process of issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers.The inefficient supply of rural public goods has seriously affected the new rural construction.Therefore,domestic authors have anlyzed the supply of our rural public goods from different aspects.In order to facilitate further research,this paper has simply sorted out the domestic academic researches on this issue from three dimensions.And what＇s more,this paper has proposed to establish new rural public goods supply performance evaluation index system,demand preference show mechanism and rural public goods supply system.
