摘　　要：在分析西安浐灞生态区现代服务业发展现状的基础上,从政策环境、区位、生态、国际化品牌和人力资源五个方面提出了生态区发展现代服务业集群的优势。然而要充分利用这些优势,还必须解决政府定位、融资、创新体系建设和集群内外协作等一系列的关键问题。Based on the analysis of the development of modern service industry in Xi＇an Chan-Ba Ecological District,this paper proposes Chan-Ba Ecological District＇s vantage in fostering modern service industry cluster in terms of policy environment,geographical position,natural environment,established brand as well as human resources.However,such key issues as government＇s role,financing,building of innovation system and coordination mechanism must be settled so that the above mentioned advantages can work well.
