摘　　要：低压大功率电机定子绕组运行中,因长期受到机械振动、电磁力、温度、环境因素的影响,时常发生匝间破压等故障,所以电机绕组制造的好坏,直接关系到电机的运行和使用寿命。文章从绕组制造工艺进行分析,从中归纳总结了散嵌绕组的制造经验,为制造类似电机提供了一定的参考。The stator of low voltage big power variable frequency motor usually happened interterm short circuit,insulation damage and other problem during the running because long time mechanical vibration,electromagnetic force,temperature and environment condition. So the manufacturing process is important which will affect the life of the motor. Here we analyze the manufacturing process conclude the manufacture experience which will be the best reference for further product.
