摘　　要：大钟拉杆由于长期受到高炉内带压的煤气和粉尘冲刷、侵蚀、腐蚀等作用，使其配合表面严重损伤。使用美DEVCON（得复康）合金修补剂对大钟拉杆外圆受损表面进行修复，提高了大钟拉杆的使用寿命，减少了企业的备件消耗。The furnace cover trolley is seriously damaged on surface due to long-term scouring, erosion,corrosion and other effects produced by pressing coal gas and dust in the blast furnace. Repairing damaged surface on outer circle of the furnace cover trolley using American DEVCON alloy repair agent,extends service life of the furnace cover trolley,reduces the spare parts consumption of the enterprise.
