摘　　要：在零销商给予顾客部分货款延期支付方式下的库存模型基础上,考虑商品的变质性对库存系统的影响,建立了延期支付方式下变质性商品的库存模型。通过对模型特征分析,给出不同情形下零售商的最优订货策略。The exited inventory models assuming the retailer just offers the partial trade credit to his customer usually did not consider the influence of perishable item to the inventory.A new inventory model with partial permissible delay for perishable items with permissible delay in payments is developed in this paper
