摘　　要：文中主要从需求层次和职业岗位分析了当前苏州市物流人才的需求情况,站在企业需求的终端,由行业、企业和职业岗位拉动,重新定位高职院校人才培养模式。根据物流专业的特点和企业人才需求的岗位将培养目标细化,调整教学内容,引入企业参与学生的专业教育,创新教学方法,在掌握专业知识的同时注重培养学生各方面的能力,使学校教学更加符合企业的要求,使教育效果达到最大化。This thesis analyzed the market demand for the talents in the logistics field based on different levels and positions in Suzhou area.This thesis tried to adjust the personnel training model in the higher vocational institutes on the perspective of the companies in this field.The personnel training should be pulled by the field,companies and the demands.The vocational institutes should refine the training objectives and adjust teaching contents in order to instruct the students the basic knowledge and train students＇ professional skills as well,according to the characteristics of the logistics profession and the demanding of the factories.This model integrates college education with the demand for talents in the market and
