摘　　要：尊重差异、包容多样的和谐文化理念,既是促进人类文明多样性和推动建设和谐世界的基本准则,也是增进中华民族文化认同和国家认同的思想基础。民族地区是我国文化多样性资源最丰厚的地区,少数民族文化在和谐文化发展中具有独特价值。正确理解一元主导和多元共生、核心价值和多样文化的关系,对不断增强整个国家的文化软实力和中华民族的凝聚力至关重要。Harmony-oriented cultural concept of respecting differences and diversity is a fundamental rule for encouraging the diversity of human civilization and an ideological basis for propelling the cultural identity of Chinese nation and national identity.Minority regions in China are abundant in cultural diversity.In the development of harmonious culture,minority culture shows its unique values.A correct understanding of the relationship between unity-based guidance and unity in diversity,core values and multiculture are of great importance for enhancing the soft power of Chinese culture and the cohesion of Chinese nation.
