内蒙古稀土产业集群发展研究

摘　　要：稀土产业是内蒙古的优势产业,但是长期以来没有形成具有核心竞争力的产业集群,稀土资源优势并未转化为经济优势。要实现内蒙古稀土产业集群快速发展,必须坚持"资源节约、环境友好"的原则,大力进行资源整合,不断延伸优化产业链,逐步扩大集群的开放性,推动集群嵌入到全球价值链中,从而提升内蒙古稀土产业集群的竞争力。Rare earth industry occupies an advantageous position in Inner Mongolia,but industry cluster with core competitiveness has not been formed for a long time and resources advantage has not been converted into economic advantage.Inner Mongolia must adhere to resource-saving and environmental-friendly principle in order to achieve the rapid development of resources cluster,try hard to integrate resources,extend and optimize industrial chain continuously,further the openness of cluster gradually and promote cluster to embed into the global value chain so as to enhance the competitiveness of rare earth industry cluster in Inner Mongolia.
