摘　　要：分析考试类参考书及其使用者的特点,探索考试类参考书收藏与服务的对策,提出在藏书建设中应在了解读者需求的基础上,规范购书途径,明确采访原则;在服务过程中应将考试类参考书快速加工、集中排放,同时调整借期、向阅览倾斜。The paper studies the characteristics of reference books for exams and their users,explores strategies for book collections and service,proposes that the purchase of books should be standardized,principles for interview be clarified according to the requirement of readers,reference books for exams be categorized rapidly and arranged in one area,periods for lending be prolonged and reading service be strngthened.
