摘　　要：针对医院眼科病床的安排问题,制定出一套综合评价体系,通过该评价体系分析现有FCFS(First come,First serve)模型的缺陷,在此基础上建立了以设定最佳入院时间为特征的新的病床安排模型,并给出了预测门诊病人入院时间的两种方法;对医院提出的新的手术时间及病床分配要求,经过方案的计算比较和完整的周期分析,得到相关结果。For the arrangement problem of the ophthalmic beds,a set of evaluation indices system has been made out in this paper,then the defects existing in current FCFS（First come,First serve）model were analyzed through this system,a new arrangement model for ophthalmic beds characterized by setting the best time of admission has been established based on it,meanwhile two methods for predicting the admission time of outpatients were given.And according to the requirement of hospital＇s new surgical time and bed allocation,the relevant results were obtained through the calculation comparison and the complete cycle analysis of the program.
