摘  要:主要考核了微粉透闪石在丁腈橡胶( NBR) 海绵胶料中的配合效果,并与普通陶土、轻质碳酸钙、透明白炭黑及二氧化钛等进行了对比。结果表明:1250 目微粉透闪石在NBR 胶料中的补强效果介于白炭黑与陶土之间;在海绵胶料中易于发泡成型,白度高,视密度小;在RP- 2中经50℃×168h 浸泡后,其外观尺寸变化不大,耐油性能良好。Comparing with usual clay,light calcite,transparent silica and TiO 2,the compounding effect of FPT (fine powder tremolite)in cellular rubber of NBR was mainly investigated.The results showed that the reforcement effect of 1250 mesh FPT in NBR was between thats of silica and clay,the cellular rubber was easy to expand and form and it had high whiteness and little apparent density.The vulcanizate was dipped into RP-2 after 50℃×168h,it showed good oil resistance and had little size change of appearance.
