摘 要:2010年2月份对海浪河10个采样点的浮游动物群落结构进行分析,并利用多维尺度分析(MDS)对各采样点浮游动物群落组成的相似性进行了研究。结果表明:海浪河10个采样点共鉴定出浮游动物4门15属16种,其中原生动物种类最多,7属8种,占50%;轮虫6属6种,占37.5%;桡足类2属2种,占12.5%;没有发现枝角类;浮游动物冬季平均丰度和生物量分别为4.9×104ind./L和0.1293mg/L;经MDS分析后,将10个采样点分为两组,其组内相异性较小,组外相异性较大。The changes of composition and diversity of Zooplankton direct affect the water ecosystem's structure and function,which is important to maintain the balance of aquatic ecosystem.In this paper,the author collected water samples from 10 sites of Hailang River in February 2010,and the Multidimensional scaling(MDS) index was used to study the characteristics of community composition of zooplankton.The results showed that:(a) total of 4 phla 16 species,of which protozoa is the most,7 classes and 8 species,accounting for 50%;Rotifera 6 classes and 6 species,accounting for 37.5%;Copepod 2 classes and 2 species,accounting for 12.5%;Cladocera is not found;(b) the average abundance and biomass of zooplankton were 4.9 × 104 ind./ L and 0.1293 mg / L;(c) the 10 sites were divided into two groups y using the MDS analysis,the inergroup dissimilarity is small but between the groups is larger.
