摘　　要：打压异常是液压机构断路器常见的一种故障。本文就近期出现的多起LW6型SF6断路器由于空气延时头故障导致打压异常原因进行了研究分析,并提出了电机控制回路改进方案,从根本上消除此类故障,保证了设备可靠运行。Pressure abnormity of circuit-breaker with hydraulic mechanism is a common fault.The paper analyzes the phenomena of pressure abnormity of LW6 Series SF6 circuit-breaker.It is certified that the failure of air delay relay is the main cause of pressure abnormity.The amelioration proposal of motor control circuit is presented.The proposal effectively eliminates the fault and ensures the safe operation of equipment.
