摘　　要：数字出版时代,图书馆信息门户的中心地位、信息服务的主体地位面临挑战,必须着手建设拥有自主知识产权的数据库,参与数字出版,培养拥有学科背景的文献专家,提供高端的定制化服务。In the era of digital publishing,the position of libraries as the hub of information and the chief agency of information service is being faced with challenges.It is,therefore,necessary to construct databases of proprietary intellectual property rights,to participate in the digital publishing,to train professionals of documentation retrieval,and to be able to offer advanced,customized service of information.
