摘 要:目的:研究龙胜香茶菜化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化化合物,依据理化性质和现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从龙胜香茶菜叶乙醇提取物的石油醚部位分离出4个单体化合物,分别鉴定为龙胜香茶菜素E(1)、鲁山冬凌草丙素(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)和十六烷酸(4)。结论:化合物4为首次从该植物中获得;石油醚部位中活性成分β-谷甾醇含量近5%。Objective: To explore the chemical constituents of Isodon lungshengensis. Methods: Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidences. Results: Four compounds were obtained from petroleum ether fraction of the extract from leaves of 1. lungshengensis and identified as lungshengenin E (1), lushanrubescensin C (20), β-sitosterol (3), and palmific acid (4). Conclusion: Compound 4 is isolated from this plant for the first time; there is very high amount of β-sitosterol in the petroleum ether fraction.
